My name is Shannon Gruno. Over the last 20 plus years I have been a social worker across many areas and through each experience learned from families as well as further education, more about culture, religion, holistic practices, mindful techniques and taken them all in. This created in me a passion for wellness, mindfulness and holistic living. I am an LBSW with an MA in Spirituality, Culture and Health. I am also certified in Mindful Movement, Mindful Techniques to Enhance Living, Integrative Mental Health as well as a certified Nature Therapy Guide. If you are willing, I would cherish the opportunity to work with you to create your best self, based on your need, abilities, priorities and values.
