Event (Community/Corporate)

$75 per hour for event. Can include: Yoga or other mindful movement including hiking, Meditation, Mindfulness techniques, aromatherapy, Nature Therapy, Nutrition Coaching, Integrative Mental Health and Trauma Informed practices for adults and children. Can customize and request specific techniques (will provide if able). Can schedule and purchase multiple hours for events. Please contact to schedule first
